12-14 CHEEMO Perogies (any flavour, any size)
2 strips bacon (cooked and diced)
1 tomato small (medium diced)
2 green onions (chopped)
2 tbsp grated cheese
7 eggs
Filling options: mushrooms, cilantro, chicken and seafood

Pan-fry the CHEEMO Perogies and arrange them in a lightly oiled 9" deep glass pie plate.

Sprinkle the bacon, cheese, green onion, tomato over the perogies (filling may vary to one’s taste).

Break the eggs in a bowl and whisk. Add 2-3 tbps of water and whisk a bit more before pouring over the perogies.

Place in a preheated oven and bake at 190 °C (375 °F) for 12-15 minutes.

Remove from oven and cut into wedges for service. Serve as the breakfast or a compliment to other breakfast offerings.
