Pan-fry the CHEEMO Perogies and place in casserole dish. Slice the tofu into 1/8" pieces and pan-fry. After frying, cut the tofu into smaller strips.
Cut the onions into strips and sauté. Mix with the tofu and add to the perogies and mix.
Add the prepared curry sauce and water and mix gently.
Place casserole in a preheated oven and bake at 190-204 °C (375-400 °F) for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and garnish with a medium to large diced tomato and chopped green onion.
